Tate Electrical Services Ltd celebrates a major milestone after receiving the Highly Commended Award in the Contractor of the Year (Turnover up to £5 Million) category at the prestigious ECA Industry Awards 2026.
On Friday 9th October 2026, the Tate Electrical team attended the ECA Industry Awards at the Hilton London Bankside, joining some of the UK’s leading electrical contractors and industry professionals for an evening celebrating excellence, innovation and achievement across the electrotechnical sector.
The evening was particularly special as the Electrical Contractors’ Association (ECA) celebrated its 125th anniversary, recognising the businesses and individuals helping to shape the future of the electrical industry.
Tate Electrical was delighted to be named Highly Commended, finishing as runner-up in the Contractor of the Year (Turnover up to £5 Million) category, marking a significant achievement for a business that has been built and developed over the past four years.

For Tate Electrical, this recognition represents far more than an industry award. It reflects four years of commitment, determination and a shared ambition to build a successful electrical contracting business founded on quality, professionalism and strong values.
